Johann de Beer is the founder and director of Elior Konsultante (Pty) Ltd with more than 25 years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with 15+ years working for Approved Inspection Authorities. He has more than 10 years or experience in various Quality Management System certifications schemes, including the certification, development, maintenance, and implementation of these systems.
In the past 20+ years, Johann has extensively worked on various projects, including but not limited to megaprojects such as Project Turbo, Octene 3, PBMR, Medupi Power Station and Kusile Power Station. This experience includes maintenance and new construction projects.

Ina de Beer started her career in the Banking sector where she gained experience in finances, accounting, and administration. She then migrated to the educational sector to become a full-time teacher, where she successfully home-schooled her three children from grade 0 to grade 12. Her experience as a teacher taught her invaluable lessons on people skills, training, and administration.
She also worked on a part-time basis at TUV Rheinland in the Financial and Administration department from 2004 tot 2012. During this period she was involved to develop, implement and maintain internal processes and procedures, necessary to successfully complete projects Turbo, Octene 3, PBMR, etc.
